I am based in Shrewsbury, teaching parents in Shrewsbury and Telford. I support births across Shropshire. I also teach online for those parents who are too far away to get to my classes.

About me
I'm Sam. You might remember me from social media sites like Facebook and Instagram. You might know me as "Blooming Miracle Doula".
I trained as a doula with Nurturing Birth in 2011 and completed the mentoring process with Doula UK. I also trained as an antenatal teacher with The Daisy Foundation.
I've been teaching antenatal classes and supporting births for 12 years now, and I love it! Over time I've added more classes, more workshops, and more relaxations so I really think I've probably got something for everybody!
Birth lights a fire under my bum. I love working with women. I love what women can do, and I most especially love what we achieve when women support each other.

I am passionate about supporting women and families, and I believe that accessible support for expecting parents is an absolute must!
My goal is to give first-time parents second-time confidence!
My work is all about recognising that every parent needs support that is right for them - because every birth and every baby is different.
My core values are centering and celebrating what is physiologically normal for mothers and babies, always balancing this against your wishes and needs.
I run my weekly classes in Radbrook (have a look at the map at the bottom of this page).
